So today the US announced that it is suing Apple for e-book pricing. What do you guys think'll happen?

Yep. Because, when you are buying an ebook, you and you only are just purchasing a license to use that single electronic copy.
Pricing an ebook to the price of that of a hard cover, well, that's just robbing you, especially when some of the revenue goes to the hoster(apple and other hosters here).

Best price would be just around 0.90 cents and 4 dollars.

Dafuq did I just read. Not sure if I completely understand this or not but what I got outta that is that apple only allowed you to put a book on THEIR market place for a certain price. I don't understand why this is a problem, if the book publisher doesn't wanna sell for this price they don't have to use apple to sell their product, simple as that. If the government is saying otherwise... well fuck them.

The problem is that you have to go through apple to buy the copyright and whatnot and they set their prices with certain publishing companies... that's the problem... let alone charging people just as much for an e-book as a printed book
