i have no clue please help me with girls at work.
OK so at work (i work at a cafe as the dishwasher) there is a cute waitress she is 16 and i am 17 i kinda like her but i don't know what to do and not sure if she likes me. We have made some casual conversation about school and life but for not more than 5 min when she is washing the smoothie jug or when she is having lunch. What makes it even more awkward for me is that my boss (who happens to be my mother) keeps telling me to ask her out or the kitchen hand (she is 18) they are both very pretty in my eyes. I was thinking of asking the waitress out on a date maybe.
Please help i have no previous experience with successfully romancing girls no really i don't but i am an expert in becoming frendzoned.

Here is my advice
Ask her [the waitress] to hang out outside of work so you can see what shes like before you decide to ask her out. The reason I say that is due to my personal experiance. There is this girl in my Jpanese class [a freshman and Im a junior] and manny people say she is high maintnence and annoying. So Im planning on hanging out with her some weekend in the future to see for my self. This is the reason and I believe that your mother would leave you alone if you say you plan on Aking her out.
Hope It helps

Thanks for your advice, ill try to see if she would like to do something together, but im not sure should i ask her if she hasn't seen any movies and offer to take her or something like hanging around in town?? (i know that she is a nice and kind person from what i have gathered from talking to her at work)
if you have any suggestions they would be appreciated.

Just ask her if she would like to go for a drink. Easy and simple and you can get to know each other better. Finding out her likes and hobbies would also give you more ideas on what you should do if you went on another date. Just tell her you like her and want to get to know her so would she like to go out with you.

There is a problem with going out for a drink as neither of us are eighteen. But next time I see here ill try and ask her if she would like to go and do something, but i still not sure what to do.
note: i have tried to ask her out before but have never gather enough courage to ask her out or any girl for that fact.

No I mean like get a coffee or something at a cafe. You could say the cinema, it's one that people use a lot when asking someone out.
Have you got someone in real life that could encourage you to ask her? They might help, your Mum wants you to anyway. I think you just need to be ready, don't rush or push yourself, you'll ask when the time is right

Maybe on your break, and if shes on break as well talk to her, no hurt in talking to either one, and which ever one you pick, asking them to the movies, or like Nikki said to get coffee, or simply hang outside, can't go wrong with any of that. You seem like you like the waitress more, than I suggest trying to hook up with her first, and if that doesn't work out, if you feel you like her, ask out the kitchen hand, all you have to do is talk, my friend. :)

Just say "Hey, I was thinking about catching a movie after my shift do you want to join me?" and see what she says
Hope it goes well
