Just sitting here, thinking, and I had a relapse. I've been cut free for a little bit, but scarred over and still scabbed, just no new cuts. It's a record for me, but it's only a week. Kind of pathetic.

Just sitting here, thinking about my fuck ups, and that alone drove me to slit the veins open yet again. Thoughts are hardcore.

Tips to stop thinking, or something. Give me an escape...I've looked at the list, tried most, doesnt work.

That's good. Really. No matter how lame or pathetic you think it is.

Try writing your thoughts out on paper.
You're on the computer....play a game, update your playlists, read a news article do something
Sleep..your body needs it
Send me incessant messages.
Look up incessant in the dictionary if you don't know what it means.
Paint, draw or sketch
Take a walk outside
Shave your head

A week is a significant amount of time when overcoming this. You should look at that week and congratulate yourself for getting through seven days without needing it.

Take your music and go for a walk, it often helps.
IM friends.
Playing games is a good one.

Do anything that will not harm you, or anyone else. Try excercise or writing, both great ways to let out your emotion.

And any time that you can go without cutting is a good time.

Just do anything that you can that will take your mind off the 'constant' thinking. As said by kolte, you could read a book or see a movie. Just keep yourself occupied.
