Just something to be wary of:
Studies have shown that some pre-ejaculate contains sperm, so still wear a condom if you're having sex.

it's like the male equivalent of a girl's pussy getting wet. some gland releases it.

Pre-cum, or pre-ejaculatory fluid is a fluid released when you become aroused. It's main purpose is to clear the urethra of any residual urine, as the urine will kill living sperm in the semen, which is why pre-cum contains small amounts of sperm (so the little bit of urine coating the inside of the urethra can rather kill that sperm than the sperm in the semen). It can act as a natural lubricant, although there usually isn't enough to get you too far. You should always use a condom regardless if you are going to "pull out" or not, because although the urine kills some of the sperm in pre-cum, it does not kill all of it, and you can still get a girl pregnant from it.
