Whenever I see a warning label or terms of service or ingredients label or anything else like that I have to read it all the way through. If I don't, it's not like I get worried that I may have missed something vitally iimportant and because of that I'm going to die, it just feels like... I don't know... like there's a piece of information I don't know. I'm not sure if it's mild OCD or if it's just something I do to occupy myself. Either way it doesn't really interefere with my life. Thoughts?

i do that too, mostly because of what you said ("like there's a piece of information I don't know") because i like to understand everything. i dont think its OCD but maybe it is...

It would only be classed as OCD if you exhibited other symptoms.
I don't see anything wrong with this. It would only be something to worry about if this sort of thing interfered with your day-to-day life.

most people have 1 or two symptoms of OCD, like tortured beauty said, once it starts to interfere with your every day life, its a dissorder
