So the title says it all, I have about five months until I need to have completed my UCAS. I have like maybe 12 prospectus' that I've been reading through and I've decided upon the uni I'd like to aim for. But that's my aim, not necessarily all that realistic. However I don't know how to go about thining what other ones I'd like to go to. I have the league table for the course I'd like to do but I'm just kind of passive to the rest in the list. I have five options to fill.

So yeah I guess I'm asking how exactly did you go about choosing your five options?

UK answers only please.

Try picking 3 'high risk' choices including your aim uni, and put in two low risk choices which you're 90% sure will give you a lowish offer.

This way you will have a sure choice you can use for your Insurance and assuming one or all of your top 3 choices give you an offer, you can Firm it.

This is how most people in my year did it, anyway.
