how can i put a photo

i see wen other ppl post they hav photos near there names.. how can i do that? i want to put a photo of my favourite soccer team as my photo for here but i dont know how can sum body help me?

Go to user CP (top left hand corner of your screen), under settings and options select Edit Avatar, then use custom avatar and either link to the picture you want or upload one.

exactly. Be careful though, cause not all images will work.
