Yes and no, it depends how serious the offense, is so ya you can get into trouble.

If it's illegal, I'm sure you will. At least with the site. Like promoting drugs, or asking any sexual questions that's not sex-ed material. Not really sure but be careful

In terms of real life, it largely depends on where you live. On here, yes of course you will(you get banned).

If you post anything very illegal here(child porn, confidential government stuff, etc), the feds can and will come after you if you live in the USA. If you live elsewhere, depending on your country, the FBI can contact that country and send them after you anyways, but only in severe cases.

Exactly. For instance, in Connecticut (I think) it's illegal to cross a street while walking on your hands. I'm pretty sure, however, that if you posted a picture of yourself doing that, you wouldn't be banned or anything.
