When I was younger, I was pretty fat and now lost the majority of that weight a few years ago. Now that I have lost most of it, I still have that extra fat. It's not tummy fat that you would usually think of. I also have "moobs" (man boobs) :whoops: I'm going to the gym now to try and lose it. I'm also trying to eat healthy which is pretty hard since my parents eat the complete opposite. Does anyone have any tips on beneficial ways of losing that body fat around my stomach and chest? Like certain exercises or anything that would really help in losing all this. I'm really tired of have all this hang on me.

exercises wont really matter if ur not eating right, some ppl say ur physique is like 30% work 70% food. if u are eating healthy just keep going hard, make sure to do full body weights, and do it HIIT. meaning u do a set, have a 30 second break then do ur next etc etc for the whole workout, keeps the heart rate up and kinda acts like cardio. then make sure to get in about 30 mins of cardio, no sissy stuff, hard cardio

Basically, work out, but also you are probably still growing so you will lose some fat as you grow taller, so do not worry, also do push up; around 30 sets of push ups( what I mean is do 30 push ups for 5 times and take 2 min break if needed) for 30 min for at least a few weeks and if you do not improve do some more , and run.

It will help you lose fat and build up your muscles. So it is a win win salutation, but also stay on healthier food, junk food will not kill you but it once every one too three months, eat low fat, oil, trans fat, sugar less sodas, cakes, pastries.
