Ok I have a reaaalllylyyy big crush on this girl at my school, and I'm pretty positive she does not have one on me, or even have a clue I like her. How do I tell her? Should i just go out and say "I have a huge crush on you." because I don't think that would be a very good idea. How or in what way can I let this girl know I like her?

No, that definitely won't be a good idea. I've seen other guys "test the water" by teasing her humorously, and if she joins in the teasing game and smiles while doing so, then you know its on!
