Nope, there's nothing bad about it. All it means is your soft dikkie is a different size than his soft dikkie. Maybe he had an earlier start on puberty?

As said, everyone grows differently and at different rates, so its not a big deal.

My younger friend (by 3 months) was, until recently, a half inch bigger then me hard. I have since caught up (i hit a growth spurt). I'm bigger then he is soft by a whole inch. Two point i'm trying to get at: 1. You're growing at different rates and times then your friend is. 2. Soft length is not a good indicator of erect length.
