So im a 15 year old freshman in high school. Ive been dating this guy for about 13 months, and he's amazing. It's really not, but it depends on the situation. I'd just say talk to him (funny how often that comes up). If he doesn't want to go further because he's insecure physically, than you should try to make him more comfortable with whatever part of him that he doesn't like, whether that's penis length or something else entirely. If it's a matter of religion, or something similar, than don't push it.
