Ok, long story short:

I have quite a 'round' stomach, like it's bloated.

-I don't over eat (in fact I usually only take on about 1800 calories a day)
-I workout a fair amount (about 4 days a week)
-I drink a shit load. (Not alcohol).

So, could I fat?

ps. My BMI works out at 26.3, which is 'overweight', but apparently BMI's are unreliable, because I'm quite beefy and muscly...

And I look kinda man-boobish, exept after I workout and the muscle shows through and I look quite good. =D

Thanks xx

BMI doesn't mean shit. The only thing that matters is body fat percentages.
4%-6% = Elite Athlete Range
6%-10% = Athlete Fit Range
11%-14% = Fit Range

But you gave nothing about your heigh, weight, or age. So it's basically impossible to say.it doesn't matter if you eat 1800 calories a day, it matters what kind of calories. Are those calories from donuts and chips, or from salad and proteins? It doesn't matter of you drink a lot. What matters is how much water you drink. You should be drinking at least 8 cups of water 8 times a day.

Ways to fix bloating are:
Drink more water and less sodium

Try massaging your stomach area, starting at the right bottom side, and slowly moving up to the rib cage then across till you meet the other side. As if your following your colon from beginning to end

Reduce dairy, it creates gas in your intestines

Eat more fiber, try Metamucil, the special Psylliun Fiber it contains helps move everything to get out by creating a gel like substance. I tried putting Metamucil in a cup of water (2 Tblsp.) And I waited a whole 24 hours, would you believe that the next morning, the watr was very stiff and it was hard moving the spoon! That's what happens in your body, it thickens to a very thick paste to remove everything in your intestines so you feel lighter and look not as big. But make sure you restore all the good bacteria from your body, it might remove some of it which will cause irregularity.

What do you drink and eat? is it all bad food, pop, juice, energy drinks ect.? because then thats not good for you. If you are eating healthy and working out then i wouldn't worry to much

If you are that worried about it I would call and schedule an appointment with your families doctor, they can have a look at you and if they feel that you are "fat" then they can do something about it.
