Ingrown Hair?! Help

So I've had this big kinda lump on the top of my pubic hair line. It hurts a little when you touch it. Its really red and got bigger as i tried popping it. Im pretty sure its ingrown hair, but just wanna see if anyone else ever had this happen? I shave my pubes about every 1-2 weeks

If it's an ingrown hair you could take a warm washcloth and use that as a compress, it'll hopefully help to sooth the irritation. Afterwards, you could do what you like with it, but just be aware that if you continue to shave it all off consistently that this could become a regular thing.

put some zit cream on it the benzolate or whatever that word would be, inside the zit cream will help it alot , that should help. Also make sure to exfoliate it. Like putting a shower water on it. It should clear up in a couple days.

Also mikey I've been shaving my balls and my groin area since i was 14, I can count the ingrown hairs on less than a couple fingers.

Ja it happens. And it is usually because you are shaving against the direction of the hairs, causing a very close shave. And so some hairs tend to grow laterally underneath the surface of you skin (ingrown). Some people are just very prone to this kind of thing though.

Maybe give the shaving a break and try again (shaving with the direction of the hair this time) once fully grown. If it persists, then maybe just trim. Don't shave.

I shave upwards towards my stomach, some people cant take the pain though.

That's probably what it is and like what was said above, a warm compress will help. And maybe some lotion after you shave may help. It seems to help me whenever I do.

As Mike said, use warm water or a cloth and let it soothe naturally. Use some sort of lotion or moisturizer afterwards after. Also, it could be a regular thing if you shave.

Hmm i might of had the same issue, i had this big red thing by my pubic area than it turned white and i popped it just like a pimple you know all the white junk came out. Lol yeah anyways i dont know if it was A Ingrown or a pimple.
