I was like this at that age as well. Puberty comes at different times for everyone. There is no set time when you start to see these changes.
The "average" is anywhere from 13-15, so don't worry.
Just give it time, and it'll happen eventually.

Don't worry about that......and give it a chance man! Everyone develops at different times and at different rates. Hell, my voice only started changing (hadn't even become deep yet) when I was 15.

Jordan, I am a year older and my voice still hasn't changed yet. So don't feel too bad, okay? By the time we are both 15, I am sure it will happen. :)

Yeah man, most guys go through the stages of puberty at different rates. My voice didn't start changing until I was well into 14, and even then I still got called "ma'am" by telemarketers until I was almost 16. You'll get there eventually, we all do :)

YOu are probably just a late bloomer. Guys continue to grow and mature until they're about 21-22. It's nothing to worry about really. Just be patient and it should all work out.

Completely normal at that age, there is no dedicated age to when your voice changes.

I actually went through the whole voice change pretty early but now that it happened I wish it didn't happen so soon. I had a really good singing voice back then lol

Mine changed when I was 15-ish. You have plenty of time, so wait it out for now.

My voice took a while to get deeper, and it's still fairly high compared to other guys I know. It happens at different times for everybody, you really don't have much to worry about :P It's not something that will happen or that you will notice over night, it's gradual and one day you'll hear yourself and think "wow my voice got deeper".
