Attracted to dark minded girls

I've always felt an attraction to girls with dark minds or who are depressed. I have lived a bit on the dark side, so it is possible that I find identification with them. In regards to depressed girls, it's not that I like to see them depressed, but it feels as if they're calling out to me, and it feels nice to comfort another. Does anybody else feel this way, or am I just weird?

I wouldn't say this is normal. It's kinda creepy that you like depressed girls, but everyone likes what they like, nothing that you can do. But I'm guessing you live a bit dark, because of the post and your name.

I understand what you mean. I am attracted to dark minds. I think it's because the mystery behind it all draws me in. It's human nature to want to discover and solve. At least that's my nature. There's something beautiful about darkness. It's... Not so cliché. No, "typical" is a better word.

Lucifer Sam actually isn't as satanic as it sounds. It was the name of a song by Pink Floyd from their Piper at the Gates of Dawn album. From what I can tell, the song is about a cat. I just thought the name sounded cool.

You did read the whole post, right? It's not like I'm a sadist or anything, it's more like I take pleasure in being the one to provide comfort to another, to be there with a hug and a shoulder to cry on. This is not a side that I make obvious to those around me, and it seems to clash with other parts of my personality, but it seems to coexist with my darkness and cynicism. Maybe that's why, because it serves as an outlet for feelings that I don't really exhibit, but this is not the place for a discussion of psychology.

Exactly. Well, almost. I think it's partly that, partly me just enjoying dark feelings and being able to exchange said feelings with a like-minded individual.

As DoNotStandUp said, its what you are attracted to and no one can say youre weird because we all like what we like. It seems that you want to be the man who will be there and comfort them, so its what you do.
