Samsung Blu-Ray issues

Can anyone help me? My player is having issues with playing Blu-Ray discs. When I put one in, it has to load like 10 minutes before it does anything and then it shows another loading screen after that. On the off chance that it does play, the movie skips a lot. These discs are spotless and the player was new last year. It can play DVDS just fine. What's the freaking issue?? I can't update it because I have no connection to the net.

A lot of new blu ray discs come with features that are not supported by old blu ray players, and in this case, you will need to refer to your manual on installing a software update on your blu ray player by a USB flash drive, since you say you have no internet. Apart from that I can't really think of anything else, unless you have tried phoning Samsung. But I'm pretty sure its in the software update.
