Hi, recently I have started to have pain in one of my testicles when I'm going to the bathroom...Its not severe pain, 4/10 maybe but its got me worried. I want to tell my mom, but its her birthday. So should I just tell her tomorrow if it still happens and what would I tell her? I really don't share anything about me to my mom...

Tell her no matter what, she will probably like that you came for help because it will make her feel like she is important to your family. But yes tell your mother, and see an doctor if needed.

Honestly screw your mom, to me it sounds like and inguinal hernia (http://vsearch.nlm.nih.gov/vivisimo/cgi-bin/query-meta?query=Inguinal+Hernia&v%3Aproject=nlm-main-website), it needs to be taken care of and most likely, unfortunately that means surgery. This needs taken care of now rather than later.

Well its his best diagnostic he can give over the internet.
Now from the above posts, it sounds like there is something wrong. I suggest you get yourself to a doctor.
Sometimes a mothers love and good word is not enough. Sometimes you need help and this is the case. I suggest you go and speak to a doctor.

Well yes, It is a good choice.
As in all honesty, the pain could of only went away temporarily and it could come back.
Like it is said above it is so much better safe than sorry.

Here is what I would do.
1. Write down what you are doing if the pain happens again
2. Write down the pain level, 0 - 10 and ten being the worst
3. Anything that made the pain better or worse
4. Tell mom when she gets home
5. Take the paper with the information from 1-3 with you to the doctor
I hope all else goes well bud, let me know if you need anything.
