We would never accuse you of that, there's no reason to.

So, how exactly are you doing right now?

It's good that you are able to distract yourself right now. That really is the best way to deal with this kind of stuff. When people are talking about you, for no good reason, and about things that aren't your fault. Just distract yourself when you get the urge. Shove headphones in your ears, start a book, etc...

What exactly are they saying? (If you'd like to say)

Have you ever been able to speak with someone in your life about all of this?

You need to go a psychiatric ward, and have your mental state evaluated - well, If you want to stay safe.

What you're going through is not just "going away", so please allow a doctor to help you. We can encourage you, but we can't fix it.

I would allow a doctor to help, but the only way ill see a doctor is if my family knows, and I dont want them to, and theres no way in hell I would ever tell them...

You may have Schizophrenia, try checking out this link http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/schizophrenia/DS00196/DSECTION=symptoms, but either way the best thing to do is seek medical attention from a professional.
And why won't you ever tell your parents?

My mother will think im crazy, or blame herself, thats the last thing I want, shes asked me if I was seeing things before, I said no, and I still have no idea if what I was seeing when she asked me was even there, so for all I know, what I see and hear, might actually be happening...

You could tell your mother that you are concerned for your mental health, and it wouldn't hurt to ask her to schedule an appointment for you with a psychologist or psychiatrist, to see what he/she has to say. And if she thinks you're crazy, tell her you think you really need to have this looked into, if she blames herself, tell her not to, you just wanna get a professional's opinion on this

Hello,

Seek help for this issue, whether it is just talking to someone who you know will understand you or seek help from a psychiatrist. Often just talking it out is very helpful.

Best of Luck!

Schizophrenia is obtained through genetics, meaning either your father or mother has a relative with it that passed it down to you. Do not feel ashamed, you just need a bit of help, and you can't do it alone.

I'm not going to lie, It honestly sounds like you were having a panic attack. When I get too stressed I'll have MAJOR panic attacks and trust me, if someone was to find me in my 'panicked state' I'd be admitted to a mental Hospital ASAP. I can ramble aimlessly for hours about things that don't even make sense to me and when I recover, I remember having the attack, but I rarely remember what happened while I was freaked out. If you feel OK telling someone professional about this, that's great, otherwise you need to take things at your own pace. If your not ready to open up about this, don't let anyone push you, I was forced into admiting my mental issues, and I really don't want that to happen to you. One way to decide if the things you hear are real, Observe your family closely and try to remember how they acted and what they said before all this started. If what they're saying now doesn't match how they acted eariler, there is probably somthing wrong. I'm speaking from pure experience when I say No matter how alone or scared or isolated you feel, you are not by yourself. Even if it's a bunch of people you've never met on the internet, there are people here for you, and they are just like you. So never let anyone tell you otherwise. Stay safe *Virtual hug*
