So my best guy friend (whom I have had a crush on for 4 years, and yes, he knows that) and I have always had a flirty relationship. We tried dating once but something happened and it just wasn't a good time. But we were still really good friends. Well about 3 months ago we decided to be friends with benefits. It was fun and we loved every second of it. But someone found out (and the worst part was that we had only been fwb for a little over a week) and went around telling everyone at school. We go to a small school so it doesn't take long for rumors to get around. We just denied it and said that nothing had happened, but people still kept talking about it. We didn't talk for a month. That was really hard for me because I had never gone a single day without talking to him and we have a bunch of classes together. But then he messaged me on skype one day and started accusing me of telling everyone. And he wouldn't believe me when I told him I didn't. So we had like this really long argument about it. Then he said something about me letting feelings get in the way of everything. He said that I wasn't the only one that had feelings and that got hurt. I don't even know why he said that! There was absolutely no point, unless he just wanted to make me feel even worse. So anyways, a few days later he messages me again, this time saying he wants to start back up, just be more careful this time. I said ok. Then literally 4 days later, he says that he thinks we should just be friends. And I said ok, because he was probably right but it still hurt. And now he keeps staring at me like he did when we were doing stuff, and I'll catch him staring at my butt and stuff. And he got really mad when one of my other friends asked me out. I said no, but I don't get why he got mad about it if he didn't care. What do you think? Do you think he likes me? Oh, by the way, he really cares about his reputation, so sometimes he won't do/stay stuff if he knows certain people are around. Sorry this is really long....
