You can't make it stop as such but if you talk to him and let him know what you think about his behaviour then that might make him stop or at least reflect on the way he's acting.
How old is he though because younger siblings tend do that, it's just part of their "job" I guess lol. Tell your parents would be the best idea or just stay away from him when your friends are round?

Talk to him, tell him it's not on don't shout or threaten him because that won't work it'll just encourage him to do it more as retaliation, have a calm and reasonable conversation.
I would suggest not telling your parents in particular as it might make him feel like your running to tell on him as such and if you try handling it yourself you might get a better result.

As cliche as this sounds this could well just be a phase, me and my brother have been through many. You might just have to wait it out, don't scream or shout or give a reaction just ignore him and get your friends to aswell if no one acknowledges him he won't stick around long.

I hope it sorts itself out.

Perfectly said, but just to add in a small tibet, whether he's older(to a point) or younger, brothers will do that stuff, like Louise said have a brother to brother convo with him, he's probably doing it to be immature and for attention, once he matures more, then I'm sure he will stop but definetly talk to him.
