I need help getting over my ex... We broke up a couple months ago and he said never loved me, than he says he does, it's whiplash, and I don't know what to do. I still love him, but it's like he just toying with me, and I need to help in getting over him, any ideas or advice....?

Just ignore him. He's not worth the time and effort.
Find other things to do, or even get a cheap rebound guy just to show him you're not interested (even if you are) because in the end it's better if he just leaves you alone.

I think you need to cut contact you don't stand a chance of moving on whilst he's still in your face telling you things like that. I wouldn't advise a rebound as was suggested I think you need to take time alone to learn to be confident in yourself again.
