Looks good, I mean the first three, the last one is just... not very well proportioned.
The first two are very good in my opinion, and how you made them on your tablet is impressing, I fail completely at drawing on anything digital.
The third one is good as well, the definition on it is good but it lacks shading I guess, also the background.
