I am 13 yrs old. My penis is 4.5 inches when erect.

Is it normal?

Perfectly normal, you are only 13 so puberty has only just started, puberty usually continues until around 20 years of age. And the average for a fully grown adult is around 6 inches, so you have no worries, because it will grow!!

Yeah, that's normal. I'm 15 right now so its a little hard to remember my size when i was 13 but I believe it was around where you're at.
