Disabling Forums?

Is there any way to block a certain forum section from showing up in your "New Posts" or a way to block it entirely?

I believe I saw PatLovesMac talk about how she managed to not see P101, which is exactly what I am trying to do.

find: Forums To Exclude From View (scroll to the bottom)
Here you can select any number of forums to exclude from the forums list, from "get new" search and from "get daily" search.

you can hide forums and exclude them from search

I do that too, to hide P101. sooo glad it was added when I requested it!

Quick Links --> Edit Options.

There's a little scroll thing at the bottom that lists all the forums. You can click the forum you want to block (ctrl click if you want to block multiple) and I'm pretty sure once you do that you won't see the forum at all.
