Mods - They moderate their respected section, Help & Advice or General Discussions, basically, lock threads if inappropreiate, delete posts, also they approve VM comments, photo comments.

Global Mods - Mod the whole sight, can do all that, and I believe they have extra tools thats normal mods don't have, like edit signatures and what not.

Admins - Run the site, and can do everything, as well as elect new staff members.

There's probably more but thats all I can think of.

Moderators: Reports, Infractions, approving/deleting posts and vms general management of their priority sections and keeping it up to scratch.

Global Moderators: Watch over the mods and make sure they're doing as they should and also manage hiring and things. We carry out any reports that the moderators cannot do i.e. HQ, blogs and diaries and we also do any reports that are left when moderators are offline. We maintain the majority of the forums without prioritizing however we may have more knowledge in a particular forum than others. We have slightly more rights and permissions than a general moderator has, we have the ability to remove profile information such as signature that break rules. We can and regularly do much of what the moderators do.

Administrators: Look after the entire forum and the site as a whole, they carry out reports that haven't had a chance to have been done, they primarily get the overall say of hirings and firings of moderators and global moderators.
