So I have been getting pain now and then the last few weeks, not that often though. It started again yesterday and it hasn't stopped. Its mainly in my left. It only hurts if you touch it and sometimes if I walk. Its not really painful though, just a bit. They look normal to me and I can't feel anything odd. If I have still have pain tomorrow I might have to tell someone. Is it likely to be something serious? Really don't want to tell anyone, its embarrassing :(

It could be sore from you doing certain things. But it can also be just hormones our growth, but you never know. My advice if you are in pain tomorrow go to your parents our a doctor.

It may be embarrassing, but it is for the better. It is much better than having a potential problem gone unseen, and having something serious happen.
This is not all that likely, but I'd still tell someone by tonight.
Just go straight up to one of your parents, and say, "I've been having pain in my testicles lately, can we get it checked out?" They won't make fun of you; they want to help you.
I'm no expert on the topic, but I found this (http://www.emedicinehealth.com/testicular_pain/article_em.htm), and I don't think it would hurt to have a look around.
Good luck and I hope all is well. :)

I agree buddy it could be Torsion, where there is impaired blood flow to the teste. It can be treated but needs to be check out as quickly as possible if it is. Mate I was scared as to tell my parents when I was having pain there, but it wasn't that hard after I did tell them. They are there to help.
It could be alot of things tho, so please see a doctor!
It is not growing pains or hormonal. There is no such pain in the testicals which are caused by growth/hormones, and anyone who tells you so is wrong.

Well I told my mum, going the doctors today. Even though I haven't had pain since this morning I still have to go. It's going to be so embarrassing.

I don't think so. The doctor knows it was embarrassing for you to ask, so he/she won't make it any more so for you. They want to make sure you're OK.
Good luck with it!

Well I went. Got to take these tablets 3 times a day for a few days. In the form of capsules, just had my first one and it took a while >_<

Hey same thing is happening to me. Cept its been 4 days of pain and I went to the ER twice for it through the instructions of the advice nurse. Definitely get it checked out, have an ultrasound done to check for torsion, hydroceles, or epididymitis. Good luck to you cause I personally know how painful it is (for me its like getting kicked in the balls for several hours combined with sudden sharp pains)

I only have to go back if pain hasn't stopped in 4 days.
