Please tell me ways i can get these nicely without having to go to the gym because i have no money right now lol. But i have a pretty flat stomach but i still need to get rid of the fat left so i can get abs lol please help :)

Well if you have a flat stomach is should be easy, I would recommend doing as many of the following as you can:

-Mountain climbers
-Sit ups/crunches
-Roll up exercises
-Bicycle crunches
-Reverse crunches

I did 100 sit ups per day for a month and noticed a slight (but noticeable) increase in abs. Now I'm doing the following a day:

-100 sit ups
-100 roll up exercises
-200 squats

I do 100 sit ups every morning. and actually did you know that eating fatty foods is ok? you just want to stay away from sugar! sugar is what makes you fat (it makes insulin and forces your body to hold on to fat instead of getting rid of it). my secret is to drink whole milk, 200 sit ups a day (100 in morning 100 at night) and lift weights! you want to increase your metabolism as much as you can, then you actually burn fat and gain muscle when your just sitting there!

weighted situps, pushups, wide grip pullups, lots of cardio. and just so u know milk has sugar in it, a fair bit actually, its called lactose. main reason why most bodybuilders will not drink milk is because of the fat and sugar in it
