Help With My Phone Please

i think this is part of nerdy-tech stuff right?
i need help getting a video from my nokia phone, on to my computer, whether it be by email, or just sending it somehow i dont know.
i try sending it to my email , but it says the file size has exceeded by 56kb. i understand its too large,
but can anyone help me here on what to do?
any way to crop the file?
or shorten it
or cut it

If sending to an email doesnt work, you need to use bluetooth, USB cable. You can buy USB cables that connect phones and Computers or if your phone and computer have Bluetooth, you can send the video that way.

No problem, there should be specific USB cables from your phone company, eg. Nokia, etc, to the computer. Just look around at phone shops.
