Started talking to a girl online we are into eachother, but...

Short version - Recently I met a girl on "Omegle" we met each other using the new search by interests feature, after talking for a couple hours on omegle we exchanged Skype and email address and that night she got on webcam and proved she wasn't fake and she did some other things as well. The next day we talked until 4:00 in the morning about the topic we were both interested on. but last night was different it was long awkward pauses of silence, mainly because I am shy, nervous, and afraid I might say something stupid if I try to bring up a new topic, and there is also the fact I don't really know what else to talk about considering I am socially awkward.

Also I know that even though this is an online relationship and that those aren't normally very good ideas, we both know that it we shouldn't take it as serious as a real relationship, just the flirty fun talk type of stuff.

Update!: I took some tips I got from PM's(on reddit) from people who must have read my long version. I used some tips and tonight was just like the first day we met! Thanks people :D

its kinda hard to do online relationships like that. personally, if you really want, you can continue to talk to her, etc, maybe try and get as far as you can if uk wat i mean. but in reality, i doubt it will really go anywhere and that you guys most likely will never meet in person. personally, i wouldnt do it. but if you feel like ur really attracted to her, then keep on going. so what if your socially awk, ask questions, just keep talking. if theres an awk silence, i would just laugh about it or mention somethin from earlier

For me personally, online relationships never worked. They were messy, and often included rough break ups, usually for no reason. Don't mean to dash your hopes and dreams, but I would try to meet a girl that you can physically talk to and see.
