So after a while yesterday she told me it was probably just a phase from me nearing puberty but its not. I'm definitely bi so I think I have to just talk to her more about it. What do u guys and galls think?

You should be really proud that you told her, at least now someone knows even if they're not accepting it just yet.
Tell her how long you've known, why you know you're Bi, make her know that you're not lying or confused and that this is who you are. It seemed as if she started to believe you so she was coming around to it so if you want you could try "This is me accept me or don't" If you believe she will definitly accept you and you trust her enough.
