so i feel so fucking fat right now. My dad's jeans dont even fit me. i need to loose weight or at least be big because im ripped or somthing. im going to ride my bike to and from school from now on, 20 sit ups and 10 push ups before and after sleep and weights every second day.
if i do this and moderate my diet, how quickly would i become ripped. i want to have visible muscles. im sick of people making comments about my weight. my mum gets fucking angry at me when im upset because of my weight.
anyone got any ideas.

It won't do anything if you don't eat properly. Try eating less carbohydrates and make the snacks in between meals (if you have snacks) fruit, yogurt, teacakes something healthy.
Also it takes different amounts of time for everyone depending on lots of factors, don't expect visable results straight away and be patient.
This (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advice/facts/loseweight.htm) seems to be a good source so maybe check it out.

Alright well as well as exercise you've also got to take your diet into account as you said. Cut out as much of the junk food as much as you possibly can and replace it with things like fruit or vegetables. Make sure you have a good intake of protein as well to give you the energy and things to actually do the exercise in the first place but make sure you even it out properly so you get everything you need in your diet without depleting anything. It might be a good idea to see your doctor to help you work out a suitable diet plan for you personally, its easy to listen to everyone elses ideas but you've got to adjust it to your own self to get the maximum you can out of it.

As for exercising start off slowly, what you've added is a pretty good start but you've also got to remember the motivation has to be there or it just won't work, i suggest signing up at a nearby gym and/or maybe asking a friend to help you to make sure you stick to it. If you need any help give me a shout, i can try and give you as much help as possible.

You're doing way to little pressups/situps, I'd say you'd need about 50 or so. But hey, they won't make you lose fat; they'll only build muscle. I mean, you'll burn calories alright (as with any exercise) but you won't target your fat. You must lose fat before attempting such exercise. I would suggest changing your diet drastically- leaving out your last meal of the day and cutting down on fat intake in the rest will make you loose ~200 or so grams per DAY.

1. Drink plenty of water. First how to lose weight fast tip is that our body needs a lot of water so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

2. Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water. It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal. Again this is another great how to lose weight fast super tip and a way of making yourself full, another great weight loss tips, so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster.

SIDENOTE: Water is such a remarkable thing, but seldom do we give it the credit that it deserves. Did you know that over 66% of your body weight is nothing but water’ It’s amazing! Water also plays a vital role in weight control, which is why I donated so much space to it, above.

5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.

6. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.

7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

Eat in my university dining hall. The minimal portions you do get are so spicy, that they go right through you anyway.

Exercise is great for you. But you HAVE to start with a diet change. The majority of your calories are burned by your body doing it's every day job. By this I mean metabolic processes. Like the act of digesting food, your heart beating, your lungs inflating. Exercise is nothing compared to these things. Also, the more muscle you have, the more efficiently your body burns and uses calories. You still need to exercise though. The best way to lose the weight is to find things that kick your butt in a short amount of time. Boot camp classes are becoming HUGE right now because of this. Circuit training is awesome for losing weight and also building muscle. Circuit training is switching from exercise to exercise without breaks. and at the end of the 3-6 exercises (all depending on what you do) you take a short break and do it again. Do some google searches. AthleanX is an amazing program utilizing this. The guy who does it...Jeff cavalier (not sure if that is how he spells his name) has videos on youtube you can watch without joining his program. (I'm not a spokesperson or anything like that for his program.) Find a trainer or friend to workout with you and keep you motivated. That can be one of the key factors as well.
