How do i get a friend out of my life completely

okay so there is this girl that i used to go out with, i broke up with her because i didn't like the day we acted, anyway she is still my friend in her eyes but i absolutely hate her, from the pit of my stomach (and that's saying something because i have only ever hated one other person and that was because he threw rocks at my friends and made them bleed and THEN threw a plank of wood with a nail sticking out of it at me!)
The problem is I'm to nice and kind to hurt anyone, and even though I hate her I still don't want to hurt her purposefully (i say purpsofully because i punched her in the stomach a little to hard once (it was a joke we played), that was when she slapped me in the face so hard it made my nose bleed and chipped my tooth :( )
so is there a way to get someone completey out of my life without hurting them?

All I can think of is to ignore her. Slowly and subtly cut her out so she doesn't expect anything. Maybe go from seeing her or talking ever week to every month, something like that. That will still hurt though, apparently my friends want to cut me out, I've no idea why and I've done nothing to them so really I just think it's harsh but what can you do eh?

So in my opinion I think you should tell her and talk to her and say "I don't want to be friends with you anymore". That is what I would prefer over being confused and not knowing where you stand and making a fool of yourself trying to be friends with them when they secretly hate you. It's your choice really and although my way might hurt her at least you bot know where you are with each other, what she does after that is up to her and not your problem.

ja, just say that you don't want to be friends but ALSO SAY WHY you don't want to be friends or have anything to do with her. Just list each of your reasons and justify them.

If your explanation is reasonable, then this girl should understand and leave you alone with no hard feelings.

Well.. don't hit her, sounds like she's got a pretty hard hand. On a serious note just do what MyOblivion said. slowly start to eliminate all contact with her. don't answer her texts as much, don't start convo's with her, just don't act interested.
I had to do the same thing with my ex, except i just totally stopped talking to her. now when she tries to talk to me i just ignore her. kind of mean i know, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I've started to just ignore her, and she wants me to do a wood burning that i refuse to do, and whenever she hugs me (everyone hugs me) i just don't hug back, but hug back to everyone else, which result in her hitting me for not hugging her (can you see why i hate her?)

If I were you, I would subtly move away from her. Like maybe hang out with different people, or just act awkwardly around her. Or you can hang out with people she hates...that could work..

because it was at the start of the year last year, I didn't know her that well, and she was my first friend at that school (i didn't know anyone) and as I said, I don't like hurting people, so when she asked me I said sure. A few weeks later she broke up with me and then later on she asked me out again, so I said: "sure but If you do break up with me again, I won't care" so basicly even though I went out with her for three months, I never was emotionally involved. At that time she had braces, and as most boys my age are, they were patheticly teasing her, so i guess i went out with her through pity. Now she gets on my nerves every day and annoys my friends making them feel depressed, so lately i've just been yelling at her to shut up :D
