Ps3 screen?

Hiya.

My ps3 screen went black and white, I am scared because it have done it once, if you know how to make it colourful again.. do tell me please but in steps.

Is any other screen gone black and white like regular TV?
And
Have you checked all the scarts are in place and plugged in as tight as they can be?

Yeah as SliverWolf said, check if everything is plugged in properly it might just be a loose connection

Check if everything is plugged in properly.

Then unplug ps3 from mains.

Plug ps3 into mains.

Hold down power button until you hear a second beep.

It should display on tv.

You can also try activating it in safe mode, this reboots your ps3 at the core so to speak, I had an issue where my ps3 keep freezing and I went into safe mode then re powered not had a problem since. weird I know but hey it worked

Yeah, to go into safe mode, hold down the power button for some time until the ps3 goes into standby mode again, (red light)

Then press and hold until you hear a double-beep. Release.
