too much food

i have eaten at this all you ca neat bofet last night i have finished 10 plates of food have anyone eaten more and anyways my stomache ached at my 5th plate pf food

When at an "all you can eat" buffet you don't have to eat until you are so full you are really uncomfortable. How much fun is that? You've paid for that discomfort.

Instead treat it as an opportunity to take small amounts of lots if different dishes to experience the range of tastes and only eat until you are comfortably full.

When at an "all you can eat" food you don't have to eat until you are so complete you are really unpleasant. How much fun is that? You've compensated for that pain.
