The new iPad

I'm gonna buy the new iPad but I don't know what to choose among the specs:

I read stuffs saying It'll work in canada. (pertaining to 4G LTE)

I did not include the 64 GB model - thats too much for me. :yes:
Any comments will be appreciated.
For new iPad users, do you have any issues with it? Heating Issues? Wifi Issues?

Well it seems as if you have no budget, and can just 'choose', so like most people, by all means go for the best version, 32GB with 4G

The new ipad has some really good advantages and some really bad disadvantages
Let's start with goodies:it has a really great display(manufactored by apples enemy Samsung).it has ps vita's quad core gpu.it has a great browse.a good camera(no flash.but i think it is ok for a tablet).it runs ios which means lots of quality apps.and you can play infinity blade only on ios(belive me.it is an advantage)

Now for the disadvantages:because of the gpu,when doing gpu related things(like playing infinity blade)the left corner hand of the device gets hot and it is HOT.really it gets uncomfortable sometimes.the other thing is that it must be pluged in charge for SIX HOURS.and the device stops charging when doing gpu related things(like playing infinity blade:)).
You can't use that high speed LTE for facetime
And many other apps.so you almost wasted your money on the LTE thing(surely,after this iad gets its jailbreak,there will be some cydia tweeks that allow you to use LTE for everything.but only god knows when this ipad gets jailbroken and how much should u pay for those tweeks).
Another disadvantage is that it runs ios( yes.it is a disadvantege too)
You should sync everything you want to be on your tablet through iTUNES.you've got a bluetooth 4 which is only for headsets and not for sharing and anything else.you can only play mp4 videos(with the stoch video player).and it even dosen't have necessary utilities like weather, clock, calculator and voice memos.
And you can not make any changes to the UI.Ios is not a costumizable os at all

If you want an apple product,ipad 3 with LTE is the best for now(because only LTE ones have a gps reciever)
But if u want a tablet,you may want to take a look at android tablets
You can do anything with any parts of the os(UI,icons,app launchers,apps themselves and etc.you name it).it has flexiblity.you can do anything with your files like a pc.you can do anything with bluetooth or wi-fi.you can import your files the way u want.you can plug in a keyboard dock and then plug in your usb flash to it and watch the movies on your flash.oh,and video codecs supported by android are almost eveything.you can use an app to watch a video from your computer in your tablet using streaming.hell ,you can play La Noir (http://blog.gsmarena.com/la-noire-is-now-playable-on-android-tablets-via-onlive-streaming/) using streaming.
You have a video maker pre-installed.you have photo editor pre-installed.you have office editor pre-installed.(you don't have to pay for imovies and iphoto and pages and keynote separetly)
And ondroid apps are as functional as ios ones.I agree that the movies maker may not have too many UI animations,but it is as functional as imovies.
You have almost every quality games in both android and ios(except infinity balde ofcourse:))
But you can never play gta3 with a keyboard in ios(wich is so much fun actually)

In android tablets,currently I thinks Asus Optimus Prime is the best.with quad core cpu(4 +1 actually.the first core is for normal use.the other 4 cores strat working in heavy tasks.this method is for battery saving) And 12 core gpu with keyboard and usb dock and Lan support (the three are in one package).an 8 megapixel camera and many more things.
Also u can go to samsung galaxy 10.1 note which has a pen.you can see the ads to see what this pen is capable of.

I really want an iOS device besides ipod and iphone - tired of the battery life which is soooo freaking bad. I want an ios device with pretty good battery life and its an iPad (much more portable than a macbook or any laptop). So another question is should I get WHITE OR BLACK? And why?

There's no difference between the black and white versions.
I would choose the white one ,cause it is more beautiful

I have the wifi only 16GB version.
People reporting the 'heating issue' are wrong; the device gets warm when under heavy use and while charging, it DOES NOT overheat, it just gets warmer than the iPad1 and iPad2.
Never had any wifi issues, but some people are getting their iPad's replaced for free because of the issues.

The device is great, no issues.
I can't comment on the 4G because I've not heard anything about it or used it.
