That is NOT okay and it should not be happening under any circumstances. This would be classifies as molestation, you are being sexually abused. I suggest you tell your mother, or any adult as soon as possible because that is beyond illegal.

Ok, I wouldnt go as far as calling the cops unless you want your dad to go to jail for 10 or however many years that would be! I would just, next time it happens, act like he woke you up and then flip out! Hopefully he wont ever do it again....but it is molestation! So it is very serious, I just personally wouldnt want my dad to go to jail for a long time. He is probably just wanting to know how big his son is, to see if you are developing correctly maybe. Dude, this is spicy juice. According to the Boy Scouts of America handbook, this is molestation and should tell an adult (that's obviously not your dad) that you trust, and you need to tell them exactly what you told us. Setting up a video camera out of sight is a good idea for proof (good call, iallen). I wish you best of luck for getting out of this situation, as this is a huge thing that has happened.

Molestation was what i ment :P child porn is completely wrong! but you do need to do something about this, by the sounds of it it won't take very long for this to get extremely worse, so please, do hurry to do one of the suggestions above, all of us here care (or should care) about each other.

Most fathers do not do this to their sons. Furthermore sexual activity should be consensual so if you don't want this to happen then you should not have to put up with it. If you are confident to do so you could reveal the fact you're awake and tell your father to back off. If he tries it again, gets agressive about it or if you are frightened of him you could tell another responsible adult. There are also confidential child helplines and ultimately the police.

Well, when he try to do it again, just bust him off and ask what is he doing. Maybe he can explain. That's what I would do if I were you. If any sign of aggression occurs, tell him you're gonna tell it to your mom or grand parents.
