So, I can't retract my foreskin very far back at all, and after looking at it earliar I have found some orange/yellow circular blobs under my foreskin, right on the head of my penis. I can't get rid of what I think is smegma because I can't retract far enough, I have been trying 'stretching exercises' but the results are minimal, and as soon as I leave the bath they are unnoticeable. I highly doubt that I have not developed enough yet. What I assume to be smegma is causing me no discomfort, other than the visual it is not irritating me in any way.
So what I'm asking is: 'Is this smegma?' and 'Is there any way of getting rid of it, without going to the doctor?'.
Thanks, :D

I used to have the problem of not being able to pull my foreskin back for years until I got cut last year but just before I got cut I used my smallest finger, covered it in soap so I could get inside and give it a wash as best I could, try that and see if this situation get's any better.
Also go to your doctor as being able to pull your foreskin back is very important.

Maybe try a Q-Tip cotton swab. But also, as Michael said, you may want to go to your doctor because in order to stay clean and healthy, pulling the foreskin back is important.

I'm pretty sure I had this problem too. I, however, didn't go to the doctors and I just kept 'stretching' until one day- pop... Ok not literally pop, but one day it just went all te way back without an issue.
It's probably safe to say it is smegma- but it's dried as a result of your foreskin not being retracted regularly.
Only way to solve this is to retract your foreskin regularly to clean. Try masturbating in te shower rather than just stretching... Sometimes you pull it back further without noticing (At least that's what I found)

this sounds like a long shot, but trust me on this one.
make warmcamomile tea, but it on a cotton swab, and rub it under your foreskin. it will part easily trust me. keep washing it in the shower with warm and soapy water. the warm camomile is the best also because it will naturally sooth the raw skin of your never-really-been-exposed head. do the camomile!!

i don't have this problem but i'm sure you could get rid of the blobs just by washing your head with some soap and rinsing it off (thoroughly)

that happened to me last summer..
basically it's a waiting game but once you're that far it shouldn't be more then a month or 2 till you can clean down there!

Please go to the doctor about this, pulling back the foreskin is an important function. Good luck!

I think the best thing to do is to just keep working on it. Don't be forceful, but be persistent. It is important that you eventually are able to retract it. Warm water helps, but it sounds like you already knew that.
As far as the doctor thing goes, I say go if you feel you must, but if there are no problems being caused, I don't see a big need. Doctors are by nature pro-intervention, meaning they will probably want to circumcise you. As a guy who has been with both cut and uncut guys, I can tell you that cut ones are simply not as much fun to play with, and are often uncomfortable or awkward to use. Instead of getting cut, ask first about getting a steroid cream, which helps many uncut guys get their foreskins loosened up.

Like ThePaintMixer, mine went back quite suddenly, so I'm sure it'll happen soon enough. For now, I wouldn't worry about the smegma unless it starts to smell, or hurt when you use the toilet. Just keep washing the bits you can see and stretching your foreskin. A word of warning, though. When you CAN retract your foreskin, don't use soap (as was suggested earlier) because it burns the sensetive flesh on your glans.

Sounds like smegma to me. I had it even after washing every day. I hated having the smell. Once I got cut, the smegma problem was gone forever.
