So share with us your worst and most recent fails. Pretty self explanatory, no?
My worst fail, getting in to a 100 year shower without shoes on (I was in hospital for two weeks and my foot was nearly amputated).
My most recent was 5 minutes ago. It's 1AM, I got something to eat (I'm a hungry insomniac :P ) from the pantry in the kitchen. When turning the light off - our burglar/security alarm is just above the light switch - I accidentally hit the "PANIC" button... Alarms wailing and warbling, buzzing and birring.
