i always wear a bra when i go out. If i dont it feels like i am walkinf round naked. It kind of feels like i am showing myself off with out one. So i always wear one any type will do. I find sports bra's the most comftable

well i personally hate my bra, since i realy don't need suport, b ut if i go out, i have to so the pervish boys don't see everything cuz my nipple is very puffy and has incressed in size resently

bras keep your boobs from sagging. the only time i dont wear a bra is when i'm in the shower, because i want them to stay perky. and i dont want guys to know what my nipples look like, because theyre as small as guy nipples. and i feel flat chested without a tiny bit of padding. if your bra is uncomfortable, you should buy a new one because i guess that yours are too small. i dont feel comfortable without one. if you dont wear a bra, people can tell. and they will talk.

I agree with that aswell. Smaller nipples look way better. No need to worry. And i dont know of a girl who doesnt wear a bra.

I always wear a bra. Even to bed, I wear sports bras. It's all on a comfort level. I don't wear bras underneath gowns or dresses though, that I feel is more comfortable =)

But there are all different types and styles of bras to wear underneath certain shirts or dresses. It's about comfort and style. Most of off all it's about holding it all in place!! (lol)

well i am kinda flat too. so i just go out without one im mean i am actualy better off without one. this being because i am like in the negatives because my bf has a 4% body fat and my boobs are smaller than his almost about the same size. besides i like him to kno when im perky

Wearing a bra all the time can actually increase sagging. Your breasts are supported by muscles, and if the muscles aren't used they weaken, thus causing more sagging. Tendons wear out over time, but weak supporting muscles cause more noticeable sagging than stretched tendons.

That's a lie - bras promote boobs sagging by not letting your natural ligaments and tissues do their job - the bra makes them atrophy - really boobs are going to sag, that's just gravity, but the bra will result in more sag than without
There are enough studies on that- also bra uses increases the chance of breast cancer etc by restricting the natural movement of the breasts so the lymphatic system in that part of the body doesn't move the way it should

I go bra free most of the time because I have little boobs and enjoy it :)

sometimes I go out without a bra....but it depends on the top I'm wearing and it depends on the mood I'm in. It can be fun to feel soooo free and show off once in a while
