Well, first you have to think, is this lust or love?
You can be attracted to anyone's physical feature, but maybe their personality is rotten :/
Now, a good way to ask someone out, is too ask out to somewhere obviously! Lol!
At first you make the "date" seem like a friend's night out to the movies, or a park!
While on the "date" you can kinda nudge him about how you feel.
If it's meant to be he'll probably feel the same way!
