Achilles Problems

Hi
I've been feeling some severe pain in my right achilles, especially when I move it. I've had cellulitis in my ankle before, similar (but not - if that makes sense) pain around the same area. I'm wondering if I should really be worried about anything?

No, I've been lying down all day, last time I injured my leg was last week, I fell over but I tripped and hit my knee, I doubt it's that.

have you been putting much pressure on it at all? slept on it wrong?

No, nothing out of the ordinary.

Could be tendonitis I had it a few months back didnt remember hurting it just got worse as the day went on id get it checked if the pain doesnt go down in a few days.
