My food creations!

So a while ago I had my GCSE catering exam, I had to create a two course meal on an international country I chose Italy. I did a main course and a desert, for main course I made Spinach, mascarpone and parmesan pasta I also made the pasta as well so no pasta from the packet. ;) I also made Tiramisu for desert. I also had ceaser salad as an accompaniment which I made the mayonnaise for as well. Also I served it with olives with olive oil and a balsamic ‘island’ dip. I found out I got an A*, so enjoy the pictures. :)

That looks so amazing. Like, everything looks so awesome, especially the tiramisu and the Caesar salad. You did an awesome job, it would be surprising if you got a grade less than what you did!
(Italian is my favourite food, btw) :P

Tiramisu, spot on, just like how I would make it. The only improvement I would've suggested to your pasta would be in the plating, a drop or two of olive oil on the plate. But other than that...its gorgeous, mate :D
