you can't speed it up. it just happens naturally in its own time for you.

Simple answer is no, just let puberty take its course u are normal.

It is seriously concerning that people try to give advice when they simply have no clue to put it nicely.
It is dependent on you're age, puberty stage and medical advice. But if you are a late bloomer and say are 15 and yet to enter puberty, you CAN have testosterone shoots to start the process.

As well as this in some rare cases, one may enter puberty but will get to a stage and 'stop'. A doctor may give you a series of testosterone injections to get it along again. but if this was the case for you, you probably would have seen a doctor already.
