I know its easy for me to say, but try and find a happy thought to cling on to. I have struggled over the past month to find mine, but I am getting there with this one thought.

If someone had said what I put, to me 3 weeks ago, I would have said the exact same thing you have. But with the help and support of a friend, I have begun the long road to getting better again. You can do it, it will take loads of will power, but you will get there in the end. Just look at my signature, and try to use it to get by for now.

Sometimes there's nothing to do but keep pushing forward. It's hard, I know, but there will come a time, whether it's a second, an hour, even an entire week, when it DOES get easier.

My girlfriend recently dumped me for no reason and told me she hates me. I don't know why she changed but we were always perfect together. This is killing me inside :(
