I read it and gave advice : / evidently I was right. Here, lemmie try again:

*After you masturbate, get use a washcloth/tissue to get rid of the cum
*Wash the area when you're in the shower daily
*If it's dry, apply an adequate amount of lotion to the area after taking a shower and before bed. Continue with this routine until the dry skin clears up

That's my guess of what to do to get rid of this problem
