Nope. You just have to keep working in accordance to your selected workout. Perhaps even increase the time you workout. As far as diet is concerned, take a look here:

Switch it up! Do something out of the ordinary, because your body has learned to expect the exercise you give it.

It depends on how you're working out, if you are doing an exercise that you can do a bunch of reps of, like sit-ups, then you'll get ab endurance and theyll get harder and stronger, but won't necessarily start popping out more. If you want them to pop out more do harder exercises that you can do less reps of. Like for example I was doing nearly 1000 reps of ab workouts per day and i had the same problem that you were having, but then i started doing adding ~30 jackknives/straight leg v-ups per day (its when lift your legs up to 45-90 degrees and reach up to touch your toes at the same time), they were incredibly hard and my abs were burning like crazy afterwards, then my abs started popping out ALOT more.

Abs are muscle so you still need to bulk them. Just like any other muscle

Look up Ab Ripper X from P90X and do that every other day. Abs are just like any other muscle, which means they should only be worked out every other day, NOT every day. Continue eating a good healthy diet, but honestly, a diet that is aimed to lower body fat ISNT A MYSTERY. It's just about eating healthy foods, 5x a day, and having a caloric deficit.

One thing thats very important is to workout OTHER MUSCLE GROUPS such as biceps, triceps, abs, pecs, and legs. Then it will raise the amount of calories you burn daily. CARDIO is the most important aspect of getting abs, cardio and diet. Everyone basically has abs, except theirs fat covering it. Working out the abs isn't just about the looks, but health. The core is the muscles that help you stand straight. Studies have show though, the most HARMFUL FAT that can be on your body is belly fat. If your overweight that is.
