If he won't talk to you then write a note or facebook, text could even work. Just try to get a message across to him that she's lying.

Wow she really is a bitch. You still have text? Or he can block your number I guess. At school as well, a note? or something that you two have that no one knows anything about. Usually best friends have something they have just the two of them, not that i would know but I guess. Try to remind him whos side he should be on and don't forget that when they break up (because they almost certainlly will) he will come running back to you and you will be the one with the upper hand so don't get to downhearted yet.
