im 16 and have been through all of the stages but my foreskin still wont pull back any way to get it back

yeah, i know what you mean here. the way i did it was to pull it back each day to the point where it started to hurt. each day i would get it back further and further and after about a week or so i got it all the way back. now, as long as i keep the area clean, i don't have any problem.
