Embarrissing problem

I am so embarrissed right now it is unreal, I sometimes sleep walk and i was homealone, So i slept but next thing i know i am being woken up by my bro downstairs, I had somehow made it downstairs, Took my shirt off and pulled my trousers down slightly.
So now my family saw this all and think i was doing something when i wasn't but i can't bring it up to talk about it, Another thing that made it worse was my sis got on my Laptop and opened up some bad sites.
So yeah i am so embarrissed right now and can't even face my family, Is there a way to stop this from happening again?

It's just my family do not even see me shirtless or in shorts or anything so to see me shirtless and like that, Like my bro, Sis, Mum and stepdad, I am so embarrissed i do not know what to do, If it is bought up i will explain.

A) ignore it and let it die w/out attention (but there will always be a hint of weirdness)
B) just explain the sleepwalk thing, and if u want address the websites to ur parents

Just calm xown, no matter what happened, your family will always love you, and if the sleepwalking is a serious prob, get some help. For the bad sites, learn how to delete ur history it helps big time
